Editor’s Note: This post is sponsored by Art to Frames as the frame featured in this post was sent to me complimentary by the brand in exchange for me writing about them. All editorial and opinions are my own.
After having W’s portraits taken at Judy Barranco’s beautiful studio, I couldn’t wait to have our favorite image she captured framed and I’m so grateful that Art to Frames offered to partner with me and send a complimentary gold beaded frame. The simplicity and elegance of the frame suits the classically styled portrait perfectly.
I chose a very traditional style frame – the Antique Gold Frame with Beaded Detailing – and couldn’t be happier. I knew I would want to frame a 16×20 print before we even had W’s photos taken so I went ahead and ordered it along with double matting prior to the shoot about a month ago. I was impressed with how quickly it arrived and by receiving it early, I was able to unbox the frame and have it ready to go.
After receiving the (stunningly!) edited photos from our photographer, I ordered our favorite print online and as soon as it was delivered, I was able to easily frame and hang this new beauty in our home. I love that Art to Frames included all of the hardware I would need (even the proper nail!) to hang the frame which made assembling a piece of cake. After inserting the print, all I had to do was use a screwdriver to screw in two place holders for the wire and boom, we were good to go!
I’m still going back and forth on where the portrait should hang but for now, it’s happily residing in our formal dining room. It may make a transition to the living room or a hallway in the future.
