A Pink & White Ballerina Inspired Baby Shower

A Pink & White Ballerina Inspired Baby Shower

Editor’s Note: Sharing this gorgeous shower from the archives!

This ballerina-inspired shower was expertly thrown by Nashville-based Commerce Street Events for the beautiful mother-to-be, Megan Lane, and the details just couldn’t be more darling. While this concept is certainly the perfect way to celebrate a baby girl on the way, the inspiration and decor could also be easily used for a bridal shower. / Images by Rachel Moore Photography.

Says CSE, “The pinker the better was the motto for this blushing mom-to-be at her ballerina baby shower. From the start, Megan Lane knew she wanted a parade of pink in honor of her future little twirler. With shades of rose, blush and salmon, it was the perfect party that was impeccably ‘en pointe.’

The celebration started with a ‘Bellini Barre’ complete with various fresh squeezed juices and champagne. These cocktails were the perfect addition for toasting the guest of honor.

With a table filled of yummy goodies, including Petit-four cakes, tea sandwiches and fruit, it wasn’t hard for guests to find something they loved. Sprinkled doughnuts were also offered to guests as per Megan’s current motherly craving.

Everywhere you turned there was a dash of pink, and every time one looked at Megan she had a smile on her face especially when she was graced with such elegant gifts for her little girl. While gabbing and giggling about Megan’s future plans, the women all passed around a scrapbook containing stationary to write letters to Megan’s future daughter. These letters encompassed hopes and wishes for the little girl they have already fallen in love with.

As the guests were leaving, they were given petite bottles of pink grapefruit bubble bath to enjoy, making it the flawless finale to this ballet.”
