Classic Blue and White Nantucket Wedding

Classic Blue and White Nantucket Wedding

Shannon and Aaron tied the knot in June at the Unitarian Church on Nantucket followed by a lovely reception at The Nantucket HotelSoiree Floral created a floral dream of blue and ivory hydrangeas and roses and Aaron captured everyone’s attention when he joined the band and played the drums to “Living on a Prayer” by Bon Jovi. / Images by Katie Kaizer Photography and second photographer Cary Tozer.

Says Shannon, I was so excited to marry Aaron in Nantucket and to introduce him to one of the most special places to me. I fell in love with Nantucket when I was a little girl when my family used to spend summers there. It’s a quaint place where you will see whale inspired everything, shingled houses, lightship baskets and the prettiest hydrangeas lining all of the cobblestoned streets. I think it’s safe to say my love of whales comes from Nantucket!”
