Says Cara, “We wanted an outdoor wedding with a beautiful background and intimate feel. Thomas Bennett House was perfect for this.
Tell us about the moment you knew you had found *your* dress. When I walked out of the dressing room and saw the look on my mother’s and sister’s faces I knew that I had found my dress.
Cara & Jon’s Love Story | I was in PA school and he was in medical school. He did an out-of-state rotation, which happened to be at the hospital that my first clinical rotation was at. We were on the same surgical team and after the rotation ended we stayed in touch and started dating.Favorite memory? Being surrounded by family and friends and feeling loved and supported.
The bride’s brother hand made a wooden bench for guests to sign as a guest book. The couple now keeps the bench on their porch and are always reminded of their special day:
Jon and Cara honeymooned on Kiawah Island.
