Planning a Holiday Trip to Asheville

Planning a Holiday Trip to Asheville

Surprise! I’ve packed a (monogrammed!) bag full of holiday cheer and it was all so pretty, I decided to share and I also wanted to tell you just where I’m headed next week with my well-stocked bag. I’ll be on my way to Asheville, NC, for a fun press trip with fellow wedding blogger, Gillian, of Coastal Bride. The two of us will be exploring everything wonderful Asheville has to offer brides and grooms and the two of us can’t wait to share what we learn. Follow us next week on Instagram (@classic_bride and @coastalbride) for sneak peeks and updates from our travels and stay tuned for full vacation re-caps on both of our blogs in January.

DSC_1022Since I’m in full-on holiday mode, I couldn’t help but pack lots of tartan and sparkle for the trip. And because it looks like it will be a bit chilly in the mountains, some festive fur and monogrammed wellies made the cut, as well.DSC_1068 DSC_1032 I also packed some of my favorite transitional jewelry pieces from The Ropes Maine and Margaret Elizabeth. I love that these can be dressed up or down so easily.DSC_1050DSC_1067
